Dawn- Canine Behaviour & Training work placement student
Dawn is currently working as a Vet Nurse while studying Canine Behaviour and Training through Unitec - and she’s brining the best of both worlds together!
With her background in Veterinary care, Dawn already has a strong understanding of animal health and wellbeing. Now, through her studies and placement hours, she’s building the practical skills needed to better understand behaviour, communication and training in real life situations.
Work placement hours are where everything starts to click - working with different dogs, learning how to read them properly and gaining hands on experience you just can’t get in the class room.
We’re stoked to have Dawn as part of the team while she continues developing her skills and growing into a well rounded trainer.
